- Basic Membership is free and open to all physicians and other healthcare professionals worldwide. You just need to register in our social net Medicalia.org and answer "Yes" to the IMS Membership question.
- Full members have additional benefits such as taking part in working groups and additional discounts in several programs. Full Membership requires filling a form and paying a fee of 30$ yearly. You can register here.

- Working Group for evaluating the quality of healthcare sites, APPs and medical services provided online (the eHealthQ seal)
- Working Group for assessing the commercialization of drugs and pharma products on the internet
- Working Group for assessing STM publications & publishers
- Working Group for assessing the biomedical research made online
